I really like Emma Stone. In addition to being very talented, she is often incredibly funny. I like seeing the leads in romantic comedies win, so I'm not opposed to her victory here (I was Team Huppert) but...what is up with the speeches? Figure it the fuck out! She looked like she was apologizing for winning up there, which means she was more in tune with the Academy's feelings about La La Land than anyone else.
