Raven's End & Adalen '31 are coming out sometime this year on DVD curiosity of Olive Films. It should be noted that Adalen '31 will be released under the title The Adalen Riots.

I think most of the Japanese films listed will find their way to DVD over the next few years through either Criterion, Masters of Cinema or the BFI.

Keeper of Promises (also known as The Given Word) is out on DVD in France, with a beautiful print and optional English subtitles.

Qivitoq was also released on DVD last year in Denmark and can probably be bought through DaaVeeDee. The film was interesting but the color/visuals (it was filmed in Greenland I think) are breathtaking.

L'Invitation (along with the two of the same directors other works, The Lacemaker (with Isabelle Huppert) and The Wonderful Crook (with Gerard Depardieu) have been scheduled for a DVD release in the U.K. for over a year now. Hopefully that will come to fruition sometime in the near future.

I have around 30 films to still see (including L'Invitation, Raven's End & Adalen '31) myself.

Of the ones you listed I have found and acquired the following online:

Immortal Love
Placido
Keeper of Promises
Raven's End
Woman in the Dunes (which will be easily available on English-subbed DVD as well, alas not in this country)
White Bim Black Ear
The Nest
The Milk of Sorrow

I've seen Placido and Keeper of Promises, which are both excellent near-masterpieces, and The Milk of Sorrow, which is very good and a very surprising nominee in this day and age.

and I have seen The Man Without a Past on DVD, I recommend it.

Most of the films you listed will be available online, I have seen many of them around the place. That would depend if you feel comfortable going that route, I do as I know many of these films I will have no opportunity to see otherwise.
