Lou Limenick provides the details:

The New York Film Critics Circle and the Los Angeles Film Critics Association rarely, as noted here yesterday, agree on their top choices. So it carries real weight that both groups gave their best picture award to "The Hurt Locker'' and best director to Kathryn Bigelow. Of course, the academy will also be considering that with "The Hurt Locker'' having left theaters months ago and arriving on DVD next month, an Oscar win isn't going to have much impact. The same was true, though, of Lionsgate's previous Oscar winner, "Crash.'' The list of NYFCC is printed below, and what's really fascinating is that with two major exceptions -- LA went for Jeff Bridges in "Crazy Heart'' and Yolande Moreau in "Seraphine'' - the New Yorkers almost exactly duplicated the L.A. list. This initially appeared the case in the screenplay category, where "Up in the Air'' triumphed by a single point over "In the Loop'' (by that point, voters were making three choices on a weighted ballot, one with three points, one with two points and one with a single point). But the members then voted use a rarely-invoked rule prohibited the introduction of new entries on a third ballot, and the vote was voided. "In the Loop'' won in a re-vote.

Complete, unofficial vote tallies for the leaders in each category are below. Note that in the first ballot, members present (21) and proxies (8) voted for a single choice. In the second ballot, members present and proxies vote on a weighted ballot with up to three choices, but the winner must appear on a majority of ballots. This is also true of the third ballot, which does not allow proxy votes nor the introduction of new contender. If there is still no winner, a simple majority determines the outcome of the fourth ballot.
